Love this app. Our company recently migrated our training to Zunos and I love being able to knock out courses on my phone. Really good user interface.

My company uses Zunos to train our remote sellers. The app is fully customized to our brand and I use it literally everyday. This is a corporate app so not for casual app use or one offs, I suspect this is leading to some of the reviews here. No real crashing issues for me.

Crash a lot

Will tell me I have a notification only to crash while signing in, then after fixing that whole mess turns out the message they sent on the app is old news by quite a few days. Makes me nervous and stressed to even open the app..

App always breaks

As much as I love this app and love using it, it is unreliable at best. I get notifications, and for example today, the app won’t even open. It’ll sit on the loading screen, and then just crash. I haven’t been able to open it at all. This happens rather frequently, and when it does work it’s slow and laggy. Otherwise, it’s a nice layout, interface and easy to maneuver. I enjoy it, but I wish it would just... work.

App Will Not Load

Always having a problem loading the app. This is getting ridiculous.

Rename app to crash

While its cool to be offered something for free via this app... it’s really not free. My time and effort into this knowledge warrants said free content. That said, this app is garbage and literally doesn’t work anymore. Update: App is still trash. Why offer something that doesn’t even work?

Refuse to reply, account issues

I have contacted them twice with account issues. The first time they told me to make a new account. I replied telling them that I already did that prior to contacting them. They did not reply. I contacted them again. No reply. Horrible customer service.

Used to be good

Used to be a great app where you participate and get the benefit of knowledge and a reward of a free game, now you get nothing on an app that used to be great, no games and no real incentive to use the app, real bang up job on this one fellas

Love the gamification

A great resource! The gamification makes otherwise dry training, dare I say it, fun.

Smart interface!

Been using the app for a while now. The layout is intuitive in placing the most relevant info within a few taps. Fun, quirky design choices make for an non-traditional learning program interface. Love being able to pin badges and customize my user profile. Easy to see where you stand on the leaderboards as well and see what you’re missing compared to your peers - because #imsupercompetitive

I can't even use it.

It's asking me to login when I never even made an account... So uninstalling.

Hasn’t worked since install

I got the app after the Sony retail site switched over to this program and I have not been able to use it since the day I installed it. Every time I open it it just displays a white screen, the only time it did anything else was when I changed my password on their website and the app started asking the new password and after entering it back to the white screen I went.

Log in

I can't even log in to my on.playstation account. I can't figure out why my log in stuff isn't working. When I request an email for a lost password I'm not getting an email. Worst change over and app ever. Guess I'll lose all the points I worked so hard to not be able to use.

Never checked and too many bugs

Now that on.playstation moved their rewards site to this; it has been awful. After putting in 3 request forms for rewards items it has now been a few weeks and the forms are either being completely ignored or they have 1 person trying to catch up with all the forms. I never waited for longer than 4 days or so before they moved everything to Zunos. Now the rewards catalog will not even load the items. Too bad the rewards catalo will only last until the end of the year for us to keep our points. Looks to me like they’re waiting everything out until everything expires so they don’t have to give anything out. So far this is a terrible transition. Hopefully this gets better because it’s pretty bad to be considered worse than something that was already bad to begin with.
